1. Returns
- Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
2. Exchanges
- We accept exchanges for a different size or color of the same item.
- Please contact us first to confirm availability.
- Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- Exchanged or replaced products will be delivered within 10–14 business days.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.
- Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. How to Start a Return or Exchange
To begin your return or exchange process:

- We’ll respond with return instructions.
- Pack and ship the item to the return address we provide.
